The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Montana Prep Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.
If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.
Montana Prep Solutions will not compete with our clients whose accounts are in good standing. Nor will it share any information with any 3rd party unless lawfully required to.
Montana Prep Solutions will process all products for AMZ prep within 72 hours of receiving and with a shipping plan is approved by you the client. Receiving to include transfer of possession from carrier, inspection, damage reporting and transfer to our onsite processing center where the product is prepared. In the unlikely event that preparation time exceeds 72 hours, a 10% discount may be applied to any unprocessed units at the discretion of Montana Prep Solutions. The 72 hour processing window is restricted to business hours/days. Business hours are subject to change depending on season.
The Incoming Shipment Form needs to be completed for each inbound order to ensure proper staffing, supplies, and resources are available. Missing or incomplete Incoming Shipment Forms may cause processing delays and/or any eligible discounts to be surrendered. Any received inventory without a shipping plan will be prepared and staged for storage unless otherwise arranged with all applicable fees applied. After 14 day free storage, standard prorated storage fees apply.
Montana Prep Solutions will invoice each client on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment is expected upon billing. 30 days of nonpayment will result in a 15% finance fee as well as any applicable storage fees. Processing of shipments may be delayed until invoices greater than 30 days are paid in full including any incurred fees. Montana Prep Solutions reserves the right of ownership to inventory for unpaid invoices that exceed 90 days. If billing date falls during the processing of a current shipment, charges will be applied to the next billing cycle following the completion of processing.
Shipment carrier deliveries after hours will be immediately secured and staged for receiving on the next business day. Damaged units from inbound shipment to Montana Prep Solutions are subject to per unit cost for receiving, processing and/or disposal as per client instructions. If client deems the product(s) as sellable, the item(s) will be added with the items to be processed for FBA and no additional service fees will occur. Customer returns are subject to return fees at current rate. Return processing includes receiving, inspection, photograph(s) emailed and/or disposal. If customer returns are to be restocked, a per item fee will apply with any applicable supply charges.
